- They feature a steel case, for book mounting or DIN-rail installation
- ARM Cortex A8 processor
- They feature one Fast Ethernet WAN port for internet connection, one Fast Ethernet LAN port for local area network connection, one isolated multistandard serial interface and one USB 2.0 port
- There are also two 24 VDC digital inputs for enabling remote access and device reset, and two low-voltage relay outputs for "device enabled for WAN connection" and "remote service in progress" signaling
- RK11 with connectivity provided by built-in 4G modem
