Objective: HMI project compliant with 21CFR Part 11 regulation and in line with AROL company standards.
REON feedback: The main reasons for adopting FT Optix were the possibility of creating a single HMI project that could be graphically responsive on different panel resolutions and the possibility of interfacing the HMI to two different types of PLCs, using internal variables that are dynamically linked to the tags of one PLC rather than another.
Why FactoryTalk® Optix™ for this application? FT Optix made possible the compliance with 21CFR Part 11 regulation. The application of FT Optix audit trail has been used for electronic recordings of operator login/logout, recipes change, recipe parameters setting and alarms occurred during production.
