La famiglia di Arm Mounting IPC fanless VK3500 è basata sui processori dual core Celeron® e Core™ i3, i5, i7 di settima generazione della piattaforma Intel® Kaby Lake™ U.

È caratterizzata da chassis Full IP65 in fusione di alluminio, verniciati a polvere con trattamento antigraffio, compatibili con gli standard di installazione più diffusi. L’area pulsanti anteriore è disponibile versione Hard-Wired o Fieldbus (EtherCAT Slave), è configurabile all'ordine da parte del cliente e permette di installare indicatori luminosi, pulsanti, selettori rotativi e a chiave, un fungo di emergenza, interfacce USB, Ethernet o RFID, WiFi™ e Bluetooth™, (descritti nella sezione "Varianti e Opzioni").

La motherboard "all in one" include tre porte Ethernet 10/100/1000Mbps con supporto alle funzionalità "Jumbo Frame" e "Wake on Lan", due porte USB 3.0, uno slot per CFast SATA III, un connettore M.2 per SSD NVMe/SATA III, RAM fino a 16 GB con un modulo SODIMM DDR4 e due connettori interni per l’installazione di interfacce aggiuntive.

La famiglia VK3500 è disponibile con i nuovi frontali con frame minimizzato in alluminio e vetro True Flat Multitouch, touchscreen capacitivo retroproiettato e LCD TFT LED Backlight a 16 milioni di colori da 15.6" a 24" in formato Wide.
