What you will do:

- Assistance to the sales team and support in the promotion, consultancy and technical presentation of software products (HMI, remote assistance, control);

- Carrying out technical training for customers on software platforms;

- First level technical support in the identification and solution of application problems following the Customer's request;

- Active promotion of software products.



Role requirements:

- Technical diploma or degree;

- Experience of at least 3 years in industrial companies with technical-commercial roles that involve relationships with customers;

- C# programming language, concepts of SCADA, HMI (operator panels), PLC, Visual Basic, functional knowledge of field bus and industrial communication protocols;

- Familiarity with the Office Suite;

- Knowledge of the English language.
